Frank DeFede

After building a 26-year successful business and running his own 12,000 Sq. Ft. Multi-media Audio/Video Production studio and advertising agency in Ohio, Frank moved to Florida for retirement. During his tenure, he managed as many as eighteen employees at one time, and he produced radio and TV commercials, and jingle packages for various businesses including Banks, Pizza shops, Hospitals, Car Dealers, Carpet Cleaners, and many others. Frank also produced ad campaigns for Vocational schools, Community Colleges, and State Departments or Education nationwide. His company Technimedia Studios became the number one company in the United States working with several state departments of education, and individual career and technical schools, to produce recruitment videos, DVDs, and ad campaigns to promote their career programs.


Frank then became a Florida Real Estate Agent in 2017, sitting his license at Exit King Realty in Venice. In his first year in business, he was named Rookie of the Year. The second year he made it to the number 6 agent in his firm out of close to three hundred agents and made it into the top ten agents in the State of Florida out of close to 3,000 agents at Exit King several times. The highlight of his career at Exit King Realty was in April 2020 when he made it to the number 1 agent in his office in Venice, and number 2 in the firm, and again into the top ten in the state to number 6. He loves the Real Estate Business, not so much because of his success, but because of the great feeling it gives him to help people. He has become close friends with most of his clients, and his business has built itself from the many recommendations that his clients have given to him.


Frank is sought after by many Real Estate Brokers and is excited to become a Realtor with Fine Properties, the number 1 Agency in Sarasota, and Manatee Counties. His many years of vast experience, business acumen, marketing experience, honesty, integrity, and most of all never trying to just sell, but instead always listening, helping, and caring about and meeting his customers’ needs has blessed him with a most successful life, in his 26-year business, and in his new career of Realtor.
