Growing up a product of his father's background in the military, Franklin was able to see the world. He was a local to Hawaii, Samoa, Guam, Australia, California, and Illinois before settling in the Pacific Northwest. A Kirkland native and UW-Seattle alumnus, Frank has established a strong connection with the Greater Seattle community, living and thriving in various neighborhoods across North Seattle and the Eastside.
