I first worked with Gail 8 years ago as a naive first-time home buyer, and then now to sell that house that I have very much enjoyed living in but am now moving to another state. She is incredibly meticulous, ethical, and spot-on in all of her advice while not being pushy and instead helping me figure out what I want. I have particularly appreciated how well her strategies have worked out in both making a competitive offer and making my home appealing to buyers. Gail thinks of every last detail down to unforseen house issues that can occur in between transactions, and has been very responsive in all the odd hours that the real estate business apparently happens in.
