Gana began his foray into the world of real estate at age five by following his grandfather to work at his family’s real estate investment firm. By spending every summer throughout high school and college working at his family’s office, Gana developed a keen understanding of the intricacies of property values and the importance of systematic property management. This coupled with having lived in multiple suburbs and the city gives Gana a unique perspective on the Chicago real estate market.
After graduating from the University of Illinois, Gana decided to make the move to New York to pursue a career in finance. Seeing tremendous opportunity in real estate after in 2010, Gana left his position in New York and returned home to Chicago. He joined his family business as a Leasing Consultant and soon assumed full control of operations. This experience allowed Gana to build an outstanding team and a large network of industry professionals including lenders, real estate brokers, and property managers.
Gana uses his depth of real estate knowledge to help buyers and sellers attain the best value. He takes pride in his work and serves his clients the only way he knows, with respect, honesty, and integrity. Gana values his clients’ time and uses his expertise to identify potential issues before they become a problem in order to facilitate the smoothest transition possible.
In his spare time, Gana enjoys traveling with his wife and family, volunteering with both local and international charities, training for a marathon or triathlon, spending time with his German Shepherd Dog named Lava, and looking for new opportunities.
