About Gay

Gay Landreth is the co-founder and Managing Member of La Florida. Gay has spearheaded numerous development projects from conceptualization to closing. Her leadership results in a seamless incorporation of the developer's concept and the architect's vision into a comprehensive marketing plan for execution. In 1980, Gay participated in selling the first beachfront tower built at Sandestin, she brokered the first high-rise on the Destin Harbor, and collaborated closely with the developer to conceptualize, market, and sell the largest gulf-front condominium on the beaches of Destin. Since that time, she has brokered and sold successful resort projects and neighborhoods from Destin to Daytona Beach Shores.
Gay is a dynamic motivator and expert in the field of real estate, leading sales teams to successful sell-outs of resort communities. Her consulting expertise has led to the planning of one of the largest scale developments to be built in the Destin area. Gay's creativity lends itself to dynamic solutions for sales and marketing in any economic climate.
