10/10, would recommend! Geneen has the experience and know-how of someone that's been doing this a long time and the dedication of someone that's new and excited about her work. She's literally the best of both worlds. She was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. She got us over all the obstacles, and while we did have a couple scary moments (not her fault) she was so easy to trust we didn't ever lose a moment of sleep over it.

Absolutely fantastic realtor. She went the extra mile every time for us. She is very respectful, professional and personable at the same time. We wouldn’t be in the home we are now if it wasn’t for Geneen. Her work ethic is outstanding and communication was on point. We never had a time we couldn’t get ahold of her when needed and she really helped us through the whole process purchasing our first home from a state away. 100% recommended.

Geneen found us at the beginning of our home search. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect. She guided us along the way, explained the details of the real estate market and listened to us throughout the process. Geneen treated us like friends and worked long hours negotiating difficult issues for us. Geneen was a gem during this crazy house buying process. I doubt we would have made it through the other side with out her help and tenacity. She was super responsive, arranged all of our house viewing, guided us though the bidding and eventually buying process. She never got upset when we would make her write up an offer just to have us get cold feet the next moring and scrap the bid. She was always excited and easy to talk to, we looked forward to our time together. She really took the stress out of a stressful time.

My husband and I got paired with Geneen randomly through Zillow and we couldn't have been happier with her as a realtor! Right from the beginning she was super responsive, great at communicating with us, and took the time to show us several houses. She was super flexible with our schedule and we always felt like we were a priority to her. She was great at keeping us informed in this rapidly changing environment. When we jumped into this crazy real estate market we were a little concerned because some Realtors can be very aggressive. We didn't want to spend our Saturdays going to 10 different houses that we didn't like. Geneen got to know us quickly and showed us houses that we were really interested in. (Of course there was that one house that had the 3 car garage in the backyard, but she honestly didn't know about that)
Buying a house is a really big deal and we didn't want to regret our decision, Geneen not only understands that, she says it before you have to tell her. I recommend Geneen as a realtor to anyone looking to buy and live for a long time in a home they love.

There isn’t enough good things my husband and I could say about Geneen, she was absolutely wonderful! She was constantly on top of everything from setting up appointments daily to go look at homes to the whole closing process!
