George was incredibly helpful in our first home buying experience. He had us tour a lot of properties to learn out what we truly wanted, and was patient along the way. George was flexible to accommodate our busy schedules and offered insight (i.e. looking for specific damage in homes, costly repairs and if we saw a place that needed work, he could offer ballpark costs and had a few contractors on speed dial). George's relationships with the selling brokers was also helpful in getting responses from them quickly. Lastly, we were particularly thankful for George's sense of humor as buying our first home was stressful (especially during COVID!)

My experience with George was great! My condo went on the market on a Wednesday and it sold by that weekend. He was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable of the market, a great communicator and flexible to my very busy schedule. The photographer that he used to take pictures of my condo and post online was fantastic.

In late 2008 George helped me sell a 2bd/2ba condo in West Town and his services were immaculate. Pricing accuracy was on-point, he was relentless with weekend open houses and following up with the showings that occurred for good, actionable feedback and we sold the home within 60 days even though we went to market well after the spring market and even after school had started in 2018 which can really slow down the buyer's market. George and his team were a joy to work with and produced great results!

Had the pleasure of working with George on a recent purchase and he’s the best! George and his team were spot on throughout the process. Communication was great and his attentiveness to detail was superb! There are a lot of bad realtors everywhere out there and George definitely makes up for what the industry lacks.
