George really did an excellent job selling our house in Coral Springs. We had been with another real estate agency for three months and every offer that came in was not within the price range that we were asking. In fact we were receiving very few offers. George took the time to explain which features of our house should be showcased and how he would advertise and market our house. In addition, he was always available when we called and never seemed to mind how many times we called in a week. The great news is within one week of listing with George we received three offers which were exactly the price we were asking. We were able to sell our house quickly and relocate to central Florida. George can sell anything !!! He was able to sell my property on the intracoastal at a time when the real estate market was on a downturn, for the best price. He did it again and sold my property when I had to relocate. He also helped me find and buy my dream house. I have worked with several realtors prior to, during and after working with George. I have not found a more professional, efficient and caring realtor. Not only did he help sell/find a property, he was also there as a friend to assist with the personal issues that go with the stress that comes with selling a property.
