About Georgia
With over 17 years of experience helping people buy and sell real estate, Georgia’s unwavering commitment to her client’s goals has earned her national recognition as America’s Best, by Real Trends. She has been ranked among the top 1.5% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the United States. Georgia earned the designation of Certified Negotiating Expert and demonstrates a true passion for representing her clients. Backed by the power of the Sotheby’s brand, Georgia enjoys exceeding expectations for both her buyers and sellers.
Most importantly, Georgia values philanthropic work and culture. She believes strongly in giving back to the community. She spent three years on the board of the Denver Art Museum, became a corporate sponsor and volunteer for New Genesis Transitional Homeless Shelter, was an active member of the Junior League of Denver for five years, and produced charity events at both the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Children’s Museum of Denver.
Georgia was raised in Greenwich, CT before moving to Boston and then Santa Fe. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the benefits of both urban and suburban living. When she moved to downtown Denver in 1994, she found a sleepy town with a lot of potential but very little happening on the weekends. Over the years she has watched it grow into a vibrant urban core and played a role in its bright transformation. While many consider her an expert in downtown properties, she works across Central Denver helping people find the neighborhoods that fit them best at any price point while helping sellers’ market and sell their properties achieving excellent results.
Georgia currently lives in Cherry Creek. When she is not working or volunteering you can usually find her playing tennis at the Denver Tennis Club in Hilltop or working in her urban garden.
