I'm so grateful to Georgia for her, availability, commitment, and persistence. The sale of my Condo had a rent-back agreement in which I put up a deposit to cover any damages incurred and a delayed final inspection as roof repairs delayed the inspection of the HVAC. The buyer accepted the condition of the Condo following the rent-back period, however, held up the deposit following the HVAC inspection. The buyer demanded a new HVAC even though the HVAC passed inspection. Georgia explained, per the contract, the deposit was not part of the final inspection. The closing company held up releasing the deposit going on two years. At Georgia's direction, I mailed a certified letter, w/her review, stating I was filing a small claim for recovery of the security deposit. The letter and court claim were based on Georgia's messages to the closing company arguing why they had no basis for withholding the deposit. Upon receiving the letter the closing company released the deposit. It's been one long haul. Thank you Georgia.

Her clients often feel like her family as she navigates the competitive market with class, prestige and ferocity. I recommend Georgia to any Military members PCSing to this area, as she is a certified specialist in those transactions.
As side from buying, if you want to get top dollar for your location, Georgia is the woman to contact TODAY! She makes sure your house is market ready, down to the last nook and cranny. She brings the experts in repairs/contracting/touch-ups, and the best photographers in town to bring out every ounce of charm that your place has to offer. Next comes her expert marketing, making sure to draw in the appropriate clients and the interest needed to keep you competitive.

I could go on and on about her... but the bottom line is: Georgia Ingalls is quite possibly the best in the business, and you would be lucky to have her as your Agent, and even more blessed to have her as your friend.
