Gerrie did a great job preparing us for the listing. She advised us how to de-clutter and stage the house in such a way that buyers would find it attractive yet would still be functional for us while living in it. Knowing the neighborhood where we lived was, more than anything, the key to our success. She understood the comps and was confident the initial pricing was set just right (where I was worried it was too high). A bidding war earned us 5% over our asking price!

She is honest, direct, and empathetic as she recognizes the stresses and emotions owners have selling their home. She listens. Calls, texts, and emails were always responded to in a timely manner - even when she was on holiday.
