Gianna Holscher

Gianna is a Northern California native who moved to Idaho in 2018 and fell in love. Her passion is helping other relocation families confidently make the jump to Idaho as she knows how hard the transition can be. Whether it be virtual tours or coordinating mobile signings, she will be there every step of the way. First time home buyers also hold a place in her heart. She loves the excitement buying a first home brings and being able to teach her clients along the way. Within her 1st 3 years as an agent she achieved Top Producer and strives to continue to provide that high level of service to her clients.
Prior to real estate Gianna was a 9-1-1 dispatcher for 13 years so she understands high stress situations and is the “calm in the storm”. Being a Dispatcher has given her the drive to connect and help the Treasure Valley in a different way by assisting clients with making their home dreams a reality. When she is not assisting clients she enjoys cooking, gardening, tending to her chickens and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
