Just bought a home with Gid. Had a small hiccup by the seller however Gid was quick to resolve it as we thought closing may be a 6 month delay but Gid was aggressive and got things resolved quickly!

Gideon worked patiently with my husband and I for a few years as we slowly opened up to the idea of purchasing a home in Downtown Lancaster and his persistence paid off, we just bought our first home through his guidance!
We appreciate Gideon's integrity, honesty and transparency through a process that can be overwhelming and confusing. He was available on short notice to answer questions we had as first time buyers and we had plenty of questions :)
Upon move-in, Gideon offered up tips on local spots to get good coffee and takeout and made us feel welcomed and at home in our new neighborhood. We're grateful for his guidance in this process and recommend him to anyone else looking for a trustworthy partner as they search for a home!

When we were looking for a property, we had a very limited amount of time before we needed to make our final decision. It was an intense couple of days, but Gideon did an amazing job getting properties lined up that met our criteria.

Gideon then spent the next three days driving all around the area showing us our options. We were so impressed by the enormous effort Gideon put into this huge task. Never did we feel rushed or pressured. At each house he listed what he saw as the pros and cons, based on his vast knowledge of the area.

In the end, we were very pleased with the property we chose, but we would have never been successful without Gideon. He was professional, kind, personable, patient and extremely knowledgable. We would have no reservations recommending his services to anyone looking for property!!

Wow, I'm not sure where to start.
Gideon, thank you so much!
Due to a bunch of unforeseen circumstances I was left with a contract I could not fulfill. Gideon found a buyer to take my place with 2 weeks to settlement. Not only did he do that he also got my down money back which was significant amount and totally unsolicited on my end I actually planned on not getting it back.
I've used him to buy and sell. He is very educated on both sides of the fence.
Very creative also which is nice as it enables you to see through properties that need some love.

If you're a nervous first time home buyer you won't be nervous if you choose to work with Gideon!
