About Gino
Gino specializes in the sale & acquisition of Multi-Family and Mixed-Use apartment buildings in San Francisco. Gino is a fourth generation San Franciscan who joined the Marcus & Millichap team in 2017. Work ethic combined with a passion and knowledge for San Francisco and its history allows Gino to add value to his clients in all aspects of the sales and acquisition process including marketing, negotiating, and analyzing on his client's behalf. In Gino's first year with Marcus & Millichap he closed over $15 Million in Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and has closed more than $100 Million in the years since. Gino earned a National Sales and Recognition Award in just his 3rd year with the firm.
Prior to starting at Marcus & Millichap, Gino spent time working with Prometheus Real Estate Group, the leading private owner of apartment buildings on the West Coast. While there, Gino worked on both the residential and commercial management sides of the company.
After graduating from Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep in San Francisco, Gino earned a Marketing Degree with an academic focus in Real Estate during his time at Menlo College in Atherton, CA. While at Menlo he helped to kick start a now thriving Real Estate bachelors program, the only such program in the Silicon Valley. Gino also played baseball at Menlo College for four years, afterwards deciding to play professional baseball in Sydney, Australia before returning home to San Francisco to begin his career in Real Estate.
