About Glenn
He is originally from Markdale, Ontario Canada and moved to this great area in 1999. He is a graduate of Northwood University in Midland, Michigan and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His professional career began in the retail automotive industry, working and ultimately managing Alton Pontiac Buick with his family in Canada. After moving to Florida, he worked in several departments of a local Cadillac dealership before becoming a realtor.
He has a strong passion for this community and loves working as a realtor. He believes that one of his competitive advantages is that he started working as a realtor at the beginning of the recent Real Estate downturn. Through hard work and perseverance, he has been able to survive and thrive with the improvement in their marketplace.
In 2010 he was a member of the International Sterling Society and in 2012 and 2013 he was a recipient of The International President’s Circle which put him in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally.
In 2014 he transferred his license to Keller Williams Realty and the “The Alton and Costello Team” was formed with the addition of Susan Costello a licensed Realtor with exceptional skills and Alisha Weaver, their licensed assistant. Susan and Alisha are both Englewood natives and share his passion for the community.
They have been successful at working with sellers to market and sell their properties at the right price. They have an aggressive marketing plan and good communication skills. They have also worked with several buyers in successfully finding the right property at the right price. They work hard, love what they do and like to have “fun” with their customers along the way.
