We had a great buying experience with Glenn. As first time home buyers, we learned so much from him about what to look for in a home (beyond appearances). His guidance and experience made us more knowledgeable and ultimately led us to the home we bought. Glenn was extremely patient with us (as we looked at a lot of properties!). Over time, Glenn was able to get a sense of our lifestyle and the type of property that might interest us. He was not pushy at all. We met Glenn by walking into the office completely unannounced.

He greeted us warmly and spent a few minutes listening to our requests and helping to quickly review some available properties.

Even though we didn't have a pre-approval for a mortgage (which we learned is an absolute must), Glenn still gave of his time and expertise. It is early in the process for us, but we are looking forward to working with Glenn.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Glenn as my realtor, he has shown himself to be knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, and conscientious and at times going above and beyond the call of any real estate professional (even lending a hand with the move!) I called up Glenn as he was the listing agent for a property I was interested in. I didn't have a realtor yet. Others I had contacted were not as responsive as I had hoped and didn't have any answers about questions on local matters. I hit the jackpot with Glenn. His local knowledge and connections along with his responsiveness with emails/texts was everything I could have hoped for in working with a realtor. On a personal note, Glenn and I would end up chatting on the phone about project ideas beyond the scope of just buying/selling real estate, which truly showed me he was invested in my experience and was looking out for my best interests. 10/10 would recommend Glenn to anyone.
