Grace is an amazing realtor! She represented us in the purchase of our first home and worked really hard to get us a fair price for a wonderful home in the competitive Bay Area market. Grace was very patient with us when at first we had no idea what neighborhood we wanted to buy in. She helped us narrow it down and took the time to understand our priorities. Grace made us feel confident through the whole offer/contract/escrow process, which as first time home buyers was absolutely priceless. Grace is amazing! She took care of everything for me. I had already moved out of my house and living in another state when Grace sold my house. She has great contacts from painters, window & house cleaners, repairmen and stagers that were all reasonably priced. She would drive to the house any time I needed her to meet a contractor, plumber to deal with things that needed to be done. We all know anything can come up at a minutes notice, and she was there for me every time. She went way over and above and I got the price I wanted for my house. I highly recommend her.

Grace Garland is the model real estate agent that others should strive to be in her sphere.

My husband stumbled upon Grace at an open house in our neighborhood. He chatted with Grace for a bit communicating that we were interested in moving out of state though our timeline was undetermined. My husband was impressed with Grace as she provided helpful information and guidance and made him feel at ease. They had an instant rapport. When my husband completed his interaction with Grace, he was immediately besieged by the other agents present attempting to get our business. My husband was annoyed and felt that the agents had zero integrity and were disrespectful by overtly trying to take business away from the agent who had taken the time to listen and explore ideas. We made it a priority to work with someone with proven integrity and feel blessed to have encountered Grace.

The following day, Grace dropped off a portfolio on our front porch which we appreciated because we were not ready to engage yet, and Grace was respectful of our position and not intrusive. I loved her already as I can’t stand high pressure sales people. We went through her portfolio information and were highly impressed. Grace reached out periodically over the months to just check in and to inquire if we needed help or assistance along the way. We decided that we would sign on with Grace when the time came as we developed a deep trust and respect not only for Grace’s skills, knowledge, honesty and integrity, but her kindness and her work ethic as well.

We were finally ready to engage when we found and purchased a house out of state. Immediately after closing on our new home, it became a chaotic time as I had just lost my job of 25 years, the pandemic made every aspect more complex, my little sister suddenly passed – we were overwhelmed and Grace literally became our saving grace.
Her principles of honesty, hard work, follow through, commitment and attention to helping her clients achieve their dreams and goals is exemplary. Grace worked tirelessly for us by using her extensive real estate knowledge to determine what needed to be done to showcase our home to the best of it’s potential. She partners with a network of local professionals who were able to come in and complete work quickly and efficiently which we would never have been able to accomplish on our own, especially during the pandemic and the constraints on both resources and materials. As we were out of state, we trusted Grace implicitly to act on behalf on all matters while she kept us closely in the loop with update status.

Grace’s marketing plan was extremely successful bringing in an overwhelming number of walk throughs, multiple offers, resulting in a sale well over list price. Grace was simply beyond amazing and a true partner throughout the process. She guided, she listened, she ensured common understanding and worked with us, not over us and we will always be indebted to the wonderful person that is Grace Garland, real estate SUPER STAR!

Working with Grace to buy our next home has been a great experience. Grace has a friendly tenacity, an energy which she brings to every interaction that is always uplifting. She is very detail oriented and she is exactly the kind of person we wanted to work with.

We greatly appreciate her outstanding communication skills and practices. She’s on the ball with every detail, and she’s always thinking two steps ahead. Grace has brought us peace of mind through what would otherwise be a stressful process.

We just sold our Campbell home and purchased a new home in Morgan Hill all using Grace Garland. She is a total professional and works tirelessly to get everything right before, during and completing the deals. We received the highest per squire foot price, in its market, for the Campbell home. We purchased our dream home at a competitive price in Morgan Hill. During the inspections of the house she was all over it and the paperwork checking for any issues we should be aware of. You could not go wrong and you would be so right to use her services when buying or selling a house. FYI...over my life time I have bought and sold 15+ homes and rental properties, she has been the best realtor I have ever used.
