About Greg

A results-driven realtor and entrepreneur, Greg is something of an overachiever. Bolstered by the highest industry certifications, trained and experienced in negotiations, and equipped with a track record for representing thousands of clients, the celebrated realtor founded a full-service realty group, cultivated a thriving property management company, and trained hundreds of successful agents – all while netting upwards of $500M in sales during his twenty-five-year career. No small feat, by any means.

Influenced by his mother, a top-producing agent herself, Greg learned the power of real estate early on. Raised in North Andover, Massachusetts, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont before pivoting into the real estate realm. Founding First Choice Realty, Inc. in 1999, (now First Choice Dorsey Group at Compass) he ran a successful brokerage for over two decades before joining Compass’ roster of top-producing agents.
A modern-day Renaissance man, Greg’s depth of knowledge is only matched by his scope of specialties. Armed with a rolodex of vendors, he has experience managing fifty subcontractors, running four offices, and five different companies. Skilled at purchasing and developing income properties in Boston and the surrounding areas of New Hampshire and Vermont, he also pursues his own personal investments, managing properties across Boston.

A multi-family income specialist, Greg is equally adept marketing single family homes, income properties, and equestrian properties as he is marketing single families. He is also exceptionally focused on maintaining one-on-one relationships with all his clients because he understands and values everyone he works with. He is equipped to manage the large portfolios of C-suite clientele in the finance and technology industries.

Residing in Boston with his family, Greg has never been one to turn down an adventure. Whether hiking, skiing, or mountain biking, he’s a big fan of exploring the outdoors. Known to compete in adventure races, the former First Responder & private pilot, finds the greatest joy coaching youth soccer, and lacrosse.
