Becky Newman was extraordinary to work with. She went above and beyond, working with my fiancé and I tirelessly to find the perfect home in this wild Denver market! She was always responsive, friendly, considerate, and positive, and I couldn’t imagine going through the experience without her! When we finally got our perfect house, we were sad that we wouldn’t get to see her as often again… that’s how much we liked having her along for our experience! Becky is a light in a world of chaos, willing to go up to bat for her clients, and respectable in how she approaches every roadblock. We loved working with her, and look forward to the next time!

Greg is amazing. We’ve used him for the purchase of two homes. The first time, six years ago, we managed to tour and buy our home while living out of state, and Greg was informative, receptive, and detailed in our transactions, which was so important for us to have a successful home-buying experience. We have recently worked with Greg and Becky again to both sell and purchase, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Greg actually reached out to us one day, remembering that 2-3 years ago we had said we might want to upsize eventually, and found us a perfect home that seemed impossible to come across in today’s market. It had all of the things that we asked for, and it wasn’t even on the market yet. While working with Greg, we were able to meet the sellers, coordinate different dates, and work together to successfully purchase our new home. We had also planned a month out of state while trying to sell our home. Greg worked with our house-sitter to plan showings, make sure our dog was comfortable, let the potential buyers visit multiple times, and secure a contract, all electronically, while we were out of town. It was a miracle! God sent these two realtor angels who we now consider family. I feel they literally treated us as family not just customers. I feel they will never make a sale that is bad for their client even if it means losing out on a big sale. Their integrity is impeccable! I won’t give any details of our situation except to say that it was all accomplished virtually because of the pandemic. At no time did we feel uncomfortable trusting everything to them since we couldn’t be there. Some would say we were dumb doing this but I say we were dumbfounded by their professionalism, knowledge, and extraordinary service. We are forever in their debt.
