Guillean is the co-founder of Kinetic Real Estate and has been making waves in the industry since 2017. She began her real estate career as an associate agent and is now part of the top 1% producing team in San Mateo County. Over the years, she has had the privilege of helping more than 200 families and closing over $190 million in total sales volume, building lasting trust and long-term relationships along the way.
At Kinetic Real Estate, the impact is even greater. Together, the team has helped over 1,600 families and achieved more than $1.6 billion in total sales volume—a true testament to the dedication, consistency, and heart they bring to the communities they serve.
Guillean studied Communications at California State University, Sacramento, where she honed her ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and serve them better. She believes that in real estate, people aren’t just looking for someone to sell them a home—they want someone who can guide them through the process in a way that makes sense to them. That’s exactly what she strives to do for every client she works with.
Her journey began when she moved from the Philippines to San Francisco’s Mission District at a young age. That experience instilled in her the value of seizing opportunities, working hard to achieve goals, and inspiring others to do the same. Today, as a mother, mentor, and active community member, she is passionate about building relationships and empowering go-getters. She often hosts events for clients and women in business, or simply enjoys quality time with her daughter.
As a real estate investor herself, Guillean understands the importance of thinking long-term about building wealth and making the right decisions. This perspective allows her to guide clients with both professional expertise and real-life experience. Along her journey, she has discovered that investing in herself—through personal growth, education, and new experiences—has been just as important as investing in real estate.
