I have know Gwyn for many years, long enough to know she excels at everything she does. So when it came time to sell my parents home the choice was clear.

I ask a lot of questions and Gwyn was always readily available with the right answers and sage advice. She is a great communicator...there was never a time throughout the entire transaction that I did not know exactly what was going on or what the next step would be. Gwyn is very knowledgeable about the local market. She helped me establish a fair asking price (which exceeded my expectations) that led to 3 offers within 24 hours, one of which ultimately went to closing within 45 days.

I had many concerns as the home required several updates. Gwyn quickly put my mind at ease, she connected me with a great team of contractors, assisted with scheduling, helped with design ideas and most importantly helped me stay within my budget and maximize my return on investment. There were several points of negotiation during my sale. Gwyn assisted me in navigating each of them with sound options and helped me understand the pros/cons of each.

Gwyn's passion for her trade is only eclipsed by her kindness and willing to help her clients. Can't wait to work with Gwyn on my next home sale/purchase!

Gwyn was the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
