Handan helped us a great deal with our first home. We bought our house during the peak of the market and we couldn’t have managed to get such a nice house without her. She really took the time to understand our preferences and priorities. She sometimes toured 5+ houses with us during our free days, and she was very responsive throughout the offer and negotiation process.

Handan has done a fabulous job in staging our house, assessing its fair market value, writing an excellent description online, and made the perfect timing to put it on the market. It was sold right after the first visit. I highly recommend reading her book prior to buying or selling it. Of note, she is a retired physician, who effectively uses her human skills. You will be in good hands.

Handan is the best realtor you could wish for. I was trying to buy my first house in the middle of the pandemic and nothing was working for me as there was a shortage of houses. I was working with a different agent at the beginning and had a vey hard time. He was constantly pushing me to put offers much higher than stated price with big appraisal gaps, I needed to review the offer letters he provided multiple times to make sure everything is correct and at the end, none of my offers worked.
Then, I changed my agent to Handan (recommended highly by a friend) and suddenly the buying process was very smooth. I saw a house which I liked, I let Handan know and she negotiated the price for me and reduced it by $10K. She helped me in all the steps and introduced me to many helpful resources, helped me with my inspection and helped me to buy my dream house!
She is the nicest person you can have, very resourceful, professional, and knowledgeable. I had many questions as this was my first time buying a place and it didn't matter whether it was in middle of the nigh or the weekend, she always addresses my texts and calls and explained everything to me.
I highly recommend Handan to anyone who is looking to buying a place. Having a great agent makes a big different and Handan is the best!

Handan has been excellent realtor whom was able to sell our home very quickly. She hired professional photographer to take pictures of our home which was very smart as we attracted many people. Since we moved out of state before selling our home, she was a great help to get some work done for our home. She is very trustworthy and professional.
