When my husband said we should reach out to Hart about a house we both saw online, I thought it would be fun to causally look at a house but didn’t think anything would come of it. The online house was a complete bust, but Hart listened to what we liked, what we didn’t like, and what we had planned for our future. Hart instantly had a house in mind. I am thankful we went to the house he knew we’d love. Now that I am few months removed from the buying/selling/moving process, I can truly say we will only trust Hart for our future realtor needs. He is based in Greenfield, IN and is seriously the easiest and best person to work with in his field! Not only did he help us find the perfect home to buy, he also listed our previous home to sell and we had offers pouring in within the first 2 weeks! He had an amazing photographer come out to take professional pics for the listing and we had our pick out of 5 different offers that came in!

What can I say?!?!?! Hart is the man!!! I got offered a job out of state and had to sell my house ASAP. House was "technically" on the market for 10 minutes and had a showing. I started my legitimate search in March 2021. Hart was my 3rd realtor, and we didn’t even meet until early November 2021. Given I am one person with a one person income/budget, I had feelings that the the first 2 realtors were more engaged with others with a higher budget. What set Hart apart from the others is his true & honest engagement and, what I perceive now to be, simple knowledge of the kind of offers to could submit. The word “Escalation” comes to mind. Ask him about it. :) I just closed on my house December 13th and it checked everything on my list! Maybe it was “the” house, and it’s supposed to be mine, but I 100% wouldn’t have landed this home, my first house, if Hart didn’t know his sh*t.

We cannot say enough good things about Hart! Hart is top-notch everything you want in your search for a realtor! Hart answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and was always just as invested as we were in our real estate search. Hart helped us in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. In a very competitive market, the process was nearly seamless! We knew our place would likely sell quick, but were concerned about being able to find a new home in a timely fashion to where we weren't going to be homeless in a sense! Not only was hart able to get us under contract 3 days after listing with offers coming in at $10,000 over asking price, but he also was able to negotiate in 90 days of post possession, so we had plenty of time to find our new home. We did exactly that! Hart was at our beck and call anytime we wanted to go and see a house on the market and got us under contract as buyers asap!
