Heather Coleman

Heather Mullican Coleman, MBA, is the Vice President and Broker in Charge of Vista Realty, Inc. Mrs. Coleman is a licensed Realtor for North and South Carolina, and is an active member of the Winston-Salem Region Association of Realtors, Inc. and NCAR. She is the past President of the Property Management Division, 2009 and 2010. Mrs. Coleman received the Property Manager of the Year Award in 2011 for her “Outstanding service and contribution to the field of property management”. Mrs. Coleman is also a National Association of Realtors Member and North Carolina Association of Realtors Member. She oversees all members of the team, which includes highly trained and experienced site managers, leasing agents, accounting personnel, maintenance technicians, and personnel trained in the legal procedures of the Landlord/Tenant relationship and Home Owners Association management.
