Heather Gosman

Heather Gosman is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in residential and new construction homes across Virginia and West Virginia. With a deep passion for helping clients turn their real estate goals into reality, Heather is known for her thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and hands-on approach throughout every transaction.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech and brings a strong business and analytical background to her real estate practice. Prior to real estate, she built a successful career in media and finance, serving as Managing Director at AOL, where she led Small Business and Luxist, and previously holding key analytical and editorial roles at The Motley Fool and The Hulbert Financial Digest. This experience, combined with her expertise in online marketing and digital strategy, allowed her to quickly grow a successful real estate business in Loudoun County.

A resident of Northern Virginia since 1992, Heather has deep roots in the community. She served as a premier member of the Brambleton Homeowner’s Advisory Committee, acting as an early and influential voice for homeowners working directly with the developer. Her long-standing local knowledge and commitment to advocacy continue to set her apart.

In 2021, Heather earned her Virginia Broker’s License and is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams. In 2026, she expanded her practice by becoming licensed in West Virginia, further enhancing her ability to serve clients across the region. While her titles and markets have grown, her philosophy has remained the same: provide personal, trusted representation and always put her clients’ best interests first.
