Heather did an amazing job with our current purchase of our new home! She not only got the contract ratified, but she also worked with the lender to secure our financing. Great job, Heather, and thank you!

Heather Mergler is an awesome realtor! Great listener and knows how to get top dollar for your house. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house!

Heather was great to work with! Even with the massive fluctuations in the market over the last few years, Heather stuck with us and made sure to put our needs first. We came to her with the difficult task of relocating a family of 7, within a specific price range, and with the contingency of selling our home. Heather helped us navigate this process and found us our next home. She was always willing to answer the phone, answer questions, and kept us well informed every step of the way. Hats off to the entire Crossroads team!
