Heather is the absolute best! When I had a question (or a million) she took the time to answer them and explain. She is patient and understanding… yet also aggressive and won us our dream house against many other bids! There is a lot of psychology that goes into counseling people through buying and selling a home and I cannot express enough how amazing Heather was in supporting us through the process!!!

Buying a house is always stressful mostly during the pandemic. This was my first time looking for buying a house and Heather made this experience wonderful. Heather took the time to understand what I am looking for a house and then mixed that with her extensive knowledge of real estate market to find me a perfect home. She patiently explained every step of the way to me and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Heather was always prompt in replying my questions. From the beginning to end, Heather offered the best experience we could have asked for regarding the sale of our house. I can’t say enough. From my own neurotic tendencies, to Lori’s demands and expectations, it was seamless. I would hate to hear the review of us. The house sold quickly, and we got way more than I thought we would. Inspections and corresponding repairs were followed up on and even set up but Heather to reduce my own stress. While buying elsewhere has been a different set of issues, I could only wish Heather was handling that too as I’m confident it would be a much smoother transition. Lori and I would not hesitate to recommend Heather to any/all prospective buyers or sellers to sign her up. I hope this shows our over the top appreciation and acknowledgment of her work.

Heather did a fantastic job finding by me my new home!! She really took the time to understand what I was looking for as well as made sure to make note of my key criteria. She knew what was important to me and she made sure to find something perfect for my family and me. I needed someone I could trust and Heather was the perfect fit!!
