My husband and I Had such an amazing experience buying our first home with Patrice, she’s such an amazing person and Realitor. Patrice is definitely the Realitor you need in your Corner, she thought me so so so much about home buying and we wouldn’t have this amazing deal and home if it wasn’t for her, I can’t say enough good things about how amazing and down to earth she is, trust me when I say that if your looking for a home, Patrice is the one to call, this lady dose not stop working, she literally never takes a break. very professional, kind, smart and honest.

Patrice thanks for taking the time out of your personal time to assist us whenever we needed you.. your so amazing and I can’t wait to buy our next home with you. Honestly going to miss our daily call about home that just came on the market. You made this experience a breeze even though I know it’s a process on the back end. I closed on my first property today and what I can tell everyone is that it’s been a crazy ride finding a suitable home! Having patience and trusting my Realtor Patrice made this process so much easier! What impressed me is her abundance of knowledge about different programs that I can utilize buying a house. I am a first time home buyer and she basically held my hand throughout the process. She is honest, attentive and will listen to your concerns. One last thing Patrice networking skills is amazing. She knows people who can do xyz, so if you have any concerns ask her I am 100% sure she’ll have a answer for you! Lord knows you need a good realtor right now because the Market is crazy right now!
