We had the pleasure of working with Hilary Lockhart and her amazing team. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and didn’t know much about the home purchasing process. Any time we had a question, no matter how late or what day, they ALWAYS answered us back quickly. They never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, and that truly made us feel more comfortable throughout the process. These ladies were always on top of their game!!!
Hilary advocated for us and gave us some amazing advice when it came to making some hard decisions. For that, we have the utmost respect for her and we are so grateful to have worked with her. We’ve already mentally noted that she will be the first person we contact when we’re ready to add another property under our belts.

Hilary and Haley put in the work for my husband and I! We could not have hand picked a better dream team ourselves. The real estate gods aligned us together and made dreams come true. When a house came on the market and we wanted to see something, Haley was able to book something the next day, and in some cases same day. She even drove there to give us virtual tours if we weren’t able to attend. Every time we called or texted we got an answer within minutes. My husband and I had TONS of questions since we are first time homebuyers and they were very patient. Thank you so much ladies, because of you, we are in our dream house!

Hilary and her team were with us every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding as we were dealing with a little bit different transaction than normal. Hilary made sure we had all the resources at our disposal we would need and even gave us recommendations that were in our best interest. Realtors are not created equal, Hilary and her team are proof, and 2). Hilary & her team were extremely professional & attentive during the entire home buying process. From helping me understand & set my goals, to finding a property, and the entire closing process. My home buying experience with Hillary was excellent. Her knowledge made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the whole process. She was consistently available to meet in person and communicate via phone. Hillary gave me good and honest advice that we used to make an offer that resulted in me getting the house I wanted for the price I wanted. I would absolutely choose Hillary again as my agent.

Working with Hilary and her team has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. We texted her out of the blue on a Saturday and were touring a house 3 hours later. She helped us purchase our new home in a multiple offer situation. Then turned around and had our old home under contract within 3 days of listing it.
