Holly Muia

Holly is an experienced multi-million dollar Real Estate Agent with a demonstrated history of success in the real estate industry. She’s skilled in negotiation, sales, investment properties, and Real Estate transactions. She has an undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University of PA and performed graduate studies at Villanova University until starting a family. Upon completion of college, Holly worked in the Mutual Fund area of the financial industry for many years. After beginning her career as an accountant, she became Senior Auditor for Deloitte and Touche. She then transitioned into Relationship Management for a Philadelphia-based Mutual Fund company (now part of PNC Bank). Holly grew up summering on beautiful Long Beach Island with family, until buying a home on the island in 1998. She later moved permanently to the island with a daughter attending the local high school (Southern Regional) as a freshman and a son at Kent State University. Holly began a career in the Real Estate Industry drawing upon negotiating, financial, marketing, management and relationship skills quickly earning the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Award.
