About Holly

Holly is an east coast gal, born in New York and raised in CT. Growing up in Greenwich, Connecticut, she was surrounded by brilliant landscape, traditional homes, and historical architecture. Looking back on her time there, she remembers fondly the charm of its small-town appeal. Staying on the coast after college and having raised three children in the suburbs, she understands and appreciates the importance and value placed on community, family, and friends.

Education was Holly’s first profession, teaching elementary school and later moving into administration. Her 29 years in the education field gave her many tools that she has called on throughout her life. A move across the country to Arizona in 2009 brought her closer to family. Discovering her oasis in the desert at Verrado has been magical. It is everything she’s ever dreamed of, and more. This is a special community, filled with people who care for each other in a way that is hard to find in many communities across the country.
Holly cherishes the memories she has made with family here. After leaving teaching, she began her RE journey at Verrado Realty with Pat Redfield, her mom. They were partners in crime. A six-year run with her Brokers license in hand, Pat and she LOVED what they did, everyday! They watched Verrado grow and placed hundreds of families into their dream homes. She is passionate about Real Estate and helping people buy and sell. She LOVES HER JOB! Life was good, Verrado was flourishing, and a lifetime of celebrating memories being made.

2020 hit us all hard, but January 2021 was devastating. Verrado Realty dissolved. Covid 19 / Pneumonia took her mom, and her fiery blue-eyed warrior met her Maker. Holly can still hear her say, “shoulders back, and straighten your crown”! She misses her dearly, but her legacy will continue.
Having been immersed into the real estate world through her, she was exposed to the industry for years. Holly was fortunate to work side by side with her and privileged to have learned from the best. Real Estate is a service-oriented career, as was teaching, each requiring the ability to relate to people, an endless source of energy and a firm work ethic. Those characteristics, along with the desire to help you find the perfect home, where you can continue to live passionately, love life and share laughter with family and friends are what drive her.
