Holly Powell represented me in the recent sale of my house and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell. She did an excellent job from start to finish. Holly knows what buyers are looking for and recommended a few small improvements which paid for themselves several times over during the sale. Holly stuck to her guns during negotiations when she easily could have compromised to make the deal easier for herself, giving me the confidence to hold firm and trust her judgement. In the end, her negotiating skills ended up paying most of the commission.

Holly did an amazing job selling our family’s house. Her communication was great and the advice she gave was spot on. Once the house hit the market, it sold in just for days! Could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Holly is everything you would want from a Real Estate agent, whether you’re buying or sell.

Words can not describe the level of customer service,knowledge, and selflessness that Holly Powell provides. She assisted me in every EVERY step of my home purchase from locating just the right property to successfully closing on it. It is not often that you find a realtor who demonstrates the type of dedication,diligence, and overall care and experience that Holly so readily provided. As a former realtor, I knew that my unique home purchase required much more effort and time than your "average" transaction, and she never gave up....and more importantly, she didn't let me give up either. It was the smartest decision/ investment that I have ever made, and im looking forward to a very bright and secure future as a result! Our experience with Holly was absolutely fantastic. She consistently gave us spot on advice throughout the process and guided us through every step of the way. Holly assisted us with selling our starter home (in 12 days) and finding our dream home. Holly was attentive with our wants/needs and relentless in her search until we found our dream home. She was very flexible and accommodating with our work schedules for all showings. She was even patient, welcoming, and engaging with our 2 young kids who came to every showing. Lastly, she was quick and efficient with her responses - often making you feel as if you were her only client. I would absolutely recommend Holly without reservation to anyone looking to buy or sell. Her and her team (mortgage, home inspectors, etc) are second to none!!

I found Holly through a recommendation and i couldn't be pleased more with the outcome, i was impressed with her knowledge of the area and attention to detail when looking through homes. Holly is very professional and quick to respond to any questions. This was my first home purchase and was astonished how easy she made the whole process. Even though Holly is on top of every aspect of the home buying process she never made me feel rushed to make a decision or to look at a home. Overall i couldn't have asked for a better agent

Out of all the realtors I have ever had to deal with, Holly is the most professional, the hardest working and the most effective at what she does.
I highly recommend her to anyone, whether you are selling or buying, I think.thst you will be pleased.
The last house I sold with Holly she organized an open house, got us asking price in a day and a half. Her insight in the local.market is extremely valuable.
Holly is simply the best !

My house hunting and house buying experience with Holly was exceptional! She made me feel like I was her only client, though she had many clients with much larger budgets than mine. She was patient, thorough, listened to my wish list and my absolutes, she knew the locale like the back of her hand, and helped me find the home of my dreams. She was the 4 th realtor I worked with, the only one who returned ALL phone calls, kept in touch regularly and went out of her way to help me buy the perfect house. She explained the whole process in language I understood ( I’m a first time home buyer) and thanks to Holly, I had NONE of the nightmares I’ve heard so much about when buying a new home. I recommend Holly Powell without reservation. She’s the BEST.
