We had an amazing experience with Holly Ritchie. I was helping my senior parents with the sale of their longtime home and an out of state move, and Holly was wonderful in communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. She was very caring, reassuring, and helpful to my parents, and made them feel at ease during this emotional time leaving their home of many years. She did a great job with the pictures and marketing and had it sold right away. She also had lots of resources for my parents for this type of move. I highly recommend her!

I had a first-rate experience selling my home with agent Alex Micco. Shortly after we went under contract to sell, a massive tree fell on my house. Alex did a fantastic job of leading us through a huge restoration project. He knew all the right people to get the job done fast. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. Once everything thing was repaired, the house sold in good enough time. Alex was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. Great guy who gets my highest recommendation.

She was not pushy during the search for our new home and acted as more of a guide when we had questions. I had been working with another realtor and was getting no where. It seemed they wanted to push me into homes that were overpriced and needed a lot of work and expense. Then I found Lauren Falasca! Holly helped my husband and I buy our first home 10 years ago. She took us to see sooo many homes over a few months until we found what we wanted. It was my first home purchased in NE Ohio. as a first time home buyer there are many things that you may not be aware of how they work. so my advise get yourself an agent! Holly and her team did a fabulous job of communicating and explaining. There were some hiccups, which is is to be expected, when doing a transaction of this magnitude and it was at this point that I realized why Holly Ritchie and her team are experienced and successful agents.
