Hunter Groce

Hunter Groce is an Associate with CBRE in the Fayetteville, Arkansas brokerage office. Working with David Erstine, he focuses primarily on office leasing, tenant representation, and assisting buyers through the site selection and acquisition process throughout Northwest Arkansas. Hunter joined CBRE in 2017 as a Brokerage Intern, responsible for performing market research, creating site surveys and tour books, and aided in tenant representation transactions. Hunter is from Little Rock, AR and attended the University of Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
