Prior to joining Jameson Sotheby’s, Ilsa worked for CRF Marketing, the number one residential real estate sales team in Chicago, where she sold new construction and condo conversions for local developers from 2005-2008. As the real estate climate changed, Ilsa began focusing on residential sales in the foreclosure market and closed an average of 30 distressed properties per month. In 2009, she became certified in Short Sales. This broad-based experience enables Ilsa to offer her clients a high level of expertise in a wide range of property types from resales, to new construction, condominium conversions, and distressed properties.

Ilsa is a resident of Lincoln Park, and her expertise includes Lakeview, River North, River West, Irving Park, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Logan Square, Rogers Park, West Loop, North Center, and the near Chicagoland suburbs. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Public and Non-Profit Management.
