Irina was born in Russia where she earned two master's degrees, in engineering and child development, before moving to Laguna Beach in 1998. She has lived in Orange County for over twenty years, now, where she has found the people to be friendly and welcoming and she greatly appreciates the temperate climate and year-round sunshine.
She found her first US home in Laguna Beach but has lived also in Irvine, Tustin, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, and Laguna Niguel; providing her a unique and varied view of Orange County real estate markets.
Irina began her professional career by working for a large, national mortgage lender during the boom and bust of the 2000s. This experience taught Irina the ins and outs of real estate finance and exposed her to both extremes of the market cycle.
