I know Irina for 8 years now, she is the SUPER-Agent! Found her first online based on research and qualifications, but later was impressed with her wonderful personality and outcome of business with her. I bought with Irina so far 2 properties in NC for my big family and sold 1. Irina far exceeded our expectations, being expert not only in real estate (knowing all underwater streams), but also in investment and financing. I would highly recommend Irina Bennett to anyone to anyone who needs to buy or sell the property! Her devotion to work on selling our house was above and beyond all our expectations! Excellent communication, fast responses to any question, help with contractors to prepare property for sale, knowledge of market, useful advices - she gave it all.... Irina worked 24/7 to help us to sell the house, and everything was done within 3 months. Honestly, at the closing we felt like we underpaid her :), the amount of hours she spent on research, advertisement, showings, etc. was enormous !!! I am living in CA. I have never met with Irina in person, but we became friends over the two transactions we have accomplished. We sold my town home in 2010 in a shot time period. Irina strongly negotiated with the buyer and got my sale price. Later in 2011 we tried to sell my another home, but finally decided to rent. Irina have managed moving-out and moving-in with my old and new tenants and arranged all needed repairs during this time, so I didn't have to travel to NC. In my opinion Irina is a very strong and ambitious person with a lot of energy to handle different situations.
