Iryna’s ability to excel at real estate was proven on the day she got her license, when she did her very first rental deal. Soon after, she met a buyer/investor client at Starbucks, selling her first two units. Iryna continues going above and beyond for everyone she represents and is an invaluable resource for all real estate-related matters. As a full-service agent, she partners with real estate attorneys, mortgage bankers, architects and interior designers, to streamline all aspects of the intricate real estate process.

Complementing her brokerage experience, Iryna worked for a thriving real estate redevelopment investment firm that integrates design, sustainability and the arts into prewar apartment buildings across the city. Her extensive finance background, coupled with deep passion for NYC’s rich architecture and diverse neighborhoods, drives her sales achievements and commitment to helping her clients reach their goals.

A master negotiator, Iryna closes winning deals for all property types, from co-ops and condos to single and multifamily homes. She handles residential and commercial sales and leasing across all five boroughs, with a primarily focus in the Upper East Side, Roosevelt Island, West Village, East Harlem, Astoria and Long Island City. Clients appreciate her strong market knowledge, tenacity, and keen relationship-building skills.

Originally from Ukraine, Iryna speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian. She came to NYC at age 20, stepping into the unknown and realizing it was the best decision ever. A graduate of City College of New York with a B.A. in Finance, Iryna also holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University. She lives in Astoria with her husband and two daughters, and balances her busy work life with family travel when time allows.
