JaCee grew up in Colorado, the daughter of a real estate developer and a surgical nurse. She has always striven to take the best qualities of both- strong & aggressive business sense coupled with a servant's heart, to best serve her clients. JaCee joined the real estate industry in 2009 after graduating with an accounting degree, beginning her career in Title & Escrow as a licensed title examiner, later opening her own closing services company. Eventually her love of the industry led her to obtaining real estate licenses in both Texas and Colorado. In 2020, JaCee launched Apple Property Group which has continued to be one of the top real estate teams in both Western Colorado & West Texas under the direction of JaCee. JaCee and her team have extensive experience in first time home buyers, investors and flipping, relocation, short sales, residential subdivision development, custom home design & building, luxury sales and negotiation. Throughout her life, JaCee has continually been involved in volunteer work through many organizations, and has been on the board of directors for a several of them. JaCee's interests include many outdoor hobbies with her 2 kids including, boating, waterskiing, hiking, off-roading in her Jeep Gladiator, dirt biking, archery hunting & conservation work, snowboarding, as well as playing musical instruments. JaCee's integrity is of upmost importance to her and she takes pride in all aspects of her life, doing everything to the glory of God.
