Jack Lawson

President and founder of LAWSON & CO., Jack is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Agri/Business. He has over 51 years experience as an Auctioneer and 42 years experience as a Real Estate Broker and Appraiser of real estate and personal property. Jack is also a board member of the Indiana Auctioneers Commission. Jack was born and raised on a farm in Danville, Indiana of Hendricks County and has practical experience in farming practices and knowledge. This experience has aided him in all aspects of his business. As a licensed Real Estate Appraiser (Indiana Certified Residential License), Jack has appraised thousands of properties for several banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, the State of Indiana, and several municipalities. Marketing real estate and personal property is Jack’s specialty, as he has auctioned countless properties over his 51 years of being an auctioneer. If the property does not fit the auction method, Jack will list it for a conventional sale. His high success rate in real estate sales is due to his experience and ability to market properties both conventionally and through the auction method.
