I just received the keys to my home a week ago and It would not have been possible without Jackie. I have had a realtor for over three months and didn’t even get to see one house. Jackie worked with me and did an excellent job. I was advised by friends who had purchased homes that the process was going to be horrible and stressful and tedious. And, guess what, in less than 45 days I had the keys to my home. I had tons of questions and she answered each and all of them. There were things I didn’t understand and she patiently explained two and three times in Spanish and English. She was always making sure I understood everything. There were numbers I wanted to change over and over and she did it. She has the best attitude and she truly worked hard to make sure that in the end, I was pleased and happy. Well, mission accomplished. I still can’t believe it. I am so so so happy. All my friends and family already know about her because I can’t stop talking about the service she gave me. I will never forget her excellent attitude and her reassurance that everything was going to turn out the way I wanted. And It sure did. Thank you Jackie, you are a great realtor and a wonderful person.

Hugo Bonilla I was deployed while serving overseas when I consulted Jackie Cavada for buying a property; it took me a while to decide for the perfect residence after my retirement from the service; she always was there, patiently sending me the listings, answering all questions about the home buying process (first time buyer), and providing all the help that people like me needed religiously, until I finally found my dream home. I bought the house in 2009 and I am 100% satisfied for the devoted service she provided me and for the purchase I made. I was so excite and nervous, I want everything perfect!, well is not a perfect transaction, but at the end We close, and both sides were happy, and for me was the best experience ever. At that time their daughter were turning 15 years old, and they were planing the Quinceanera party for her. I know that is a huge deal for the mother and the daughter, and I didn't want anything bother that moment.
