I have worked with Jackie Spring of 2021 to sell a rental house i owned located in Streamwood, IL. She is easy to work with, doesn't play any games and provided me with really useful guidance during the entire process (very helpful amidst this crazy market). She successfully sold my house within just days and I am very happy with the outcome. Because she is so awesome, my wife and I are now working with her to sell our townhouse. Jackie is the best! She not only has a wonderful personality but she’s very attentive, thorough, and looks out for your best interest. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful- in my case it was the selling end. She was there every step of the way- She guided me through each and every offer ( yes, multiple offers!!), answered any questions / concerns that I might have and also gave her professional opinion when needed. I would highly recommend her and have already referred her to a friend which she also helped successfully sell their home as well!

The patient, thoroughness and professionalism that Jackie showed me during my time of searching for the right home was just great. Jackie was quick to respond to all of my changes midway through the process and never skipped a beat with showing me homes that I would be interested in. Even after the closing when the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed Jackie was still very helpful even when her work with me was technically done.

Jackie was absolutely wonderful! We purchased our very first home in the middle of the first Covid lockdown and Jackie was a lifesaver. She showed us dozens of homes, helping us narrow down what we wanted and pointing out the pros and cons of each place we visited. We greatly appreciated her expertise in determining which properties were a good price. She was extremely responsive to all the calls and questions from two nervous new home-buyers, and was always readily available when we wanted to make an offer. Besides her real estate prowess, Jackie was also so fun to hang out with and made the whole process less stressful and more exciting.

Jackie was absolutely amazing in helping us find the perfect house for our family! The market that we were looking in was very competitive, and every time we found a house that we wanted to see she made herself available right away. She was very patient and we never felt rushed to settle on a house. Contrary to some of the "opinions" posted here I have worked with Jackie Paul (for the third time now) and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Jackie's vast wealth of knowledge through her long tenure in the real estate industry combined with her client-first service minded mentality has assisted in guiding me through the home buying process multiple times; through her expertise, I was able to purchase a home in a sought-after area at a historically low price for the neighborhood. Jackie is honest and straightforward, taking her time to talk her clients through each step of the home buying or selling process. Real estate transactions can be stressful, however having a competent professional to provide education and perspective each step of the way makes it a profoundly more pleasant experience.

The truth is, home buying and selling is incredibly sensitive to a multitude of conditions that heavily impact prices. A transaction outside of the median for a certain type of home can skew comps and reset the market price on similar homes already for sale. As a buyer, and a seller it's YOUR responsibility to enter this market with an understanding that it isn't an exact science and you may not get what you "feel" you deserve. While the fault or responsibility may not lie with your agent (and more on resetting your expectations), the blame generally gets directed to them.

Pay attention to negative reviews written in heightened emotional states - this generally indicates the author was not thinking objectively and didn't take the time to calmly assess the unfavorable outcome, and they're merely attempting to find a target to direct and unload their frustration.

At the end of the day, Jackie has provided support to me throughout the home buying and selling process that I feel few agents would take the time and energy to give; Jackie's ability to provide the voice of reason has probably saved my transaction on several occasions and she endlessly advocates for her clients even when I wouldn't have known to do so. For some people, their vocation is simply a job. Jackie demonstrates a true passion for her industry conveyed through the service she provides. I cannot more highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
