Jacob is the founder and CEO of Real Estate Finance Connection, today known as “The RFC Group”. Originally established as a mortgage brokerage in 1992, in the years since The RFC Group evolved, adding residential and commercial brokerage and development to its services which now range the real estate gamut. Jacob’s Business Philosophy is to provide his clients with a singular reliable team that guide them in selling, purchasing, financing, and construction of property.

Jacob’s background and Master’s Degree in Family Therapy is an asset that allows him to listen to and understand each client’s individualized needs. He is a skilled negotiator, well connected in the community, and seasoned in the intricacies of real estate. His years of experience have instilled in him the importance of taking a creative angle complex transactions, and formulated his ability and passion to do so.
