Jacques Foussard's entrepreneurial success in New York City real estate makes him the ideal resource for your own journey through the intricate Manhattan real estate maze. Their recent transactions include a $40 million Time Warner Center condo sale, a $24 million Upper East Side townhouse, a $1 million Fifth Avenue townhouse lease, and a $1.2 million Flatiron showroom lease.

A native of Casablanca, Jacques earned a Finance & Marketing Business Degree from the University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley). His fluency in English, Spanish and French and his knowledge of Arabic, and his living experience in Africa, Europe, and the USA make Jacques a multi-faceted individual. In addition, his 14 years of conducting business in the USA, Latin America and Asia enables Jacques to be sensitive to the particulars of different cultures.

Jacques' team comprises his business partner Craig Filipacchi, their leasing specialist Jason Schuchman, and Commercial Agent Chad Phillips. The team works out of Brown Harris Stevens’ TriBeCa office which features 75 feet of retail frontage on the corner of North Moore and Hudson.

Although both partners have made New York City their home, Jacques and Craig have always cultivated a strong network of professionals in Europe, Latin America and Africa. Today, their intense travels abroad have successfully kept them abreast of the real estate trends in these regions.

In addition to buying and selling properties for their clients, Jacques and Craig administer a real estate portfolio valued at over $300 million which includes several of their own investment properties.

For the last five consecutive years, Craig and Jacques have received the Broker of the Year award for earning the most amount of leasing income company-wide. Among their other awards are Top 100 New York City agents by the Real Deal, Most Properties Leased by a Manhattan Agent and Biggest Commercial Rental Deal of the Year.

Jacques enjoys kite surfing, running, spinning (biathlon), water and snow skiing, and has recently taken up Eventing horseback riding competitions.
