Born in Pasadena and raised in Burbank CA, Jaime Lee Palladino entered real estate in 2007. With the unlikely timing of the 2008 market crash, Jaime pivoted into a marketing career for the next 15 years within the fashion industry. Working for various fashion brands alongside some of the industry’s most creative visionaries and savvy entrepreneurs, Jaime acquired first-hand knowledge in brand development and growth management, which have fostered her marketing and sales expertise that are critical for her real estate business today. Ready for a change, she decided it was time to reprise her career in real estate, but this time joining her mom and veteran real estate professional, Nancy Lee Wintering, to form their partnership that is now known as Nancy & Jaime.

Jaime is a graduate from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. She currently resides in La Canada with her Husband Erik and their three children Roman, Enzo and Paloma. They love discovering new restaurants, spending time outdoors and being a part of their community.
