About Jake
Born and raised in South Florida, Jake became a licensed real estate agent in 2014 and started his career working primarily with buyers and sellers of condo-hotel properties. From 2015-2016, he represented the remaining developer inventory at Provident Doral at The Blue, a condo-hotel project located across the street from the up-and-coming Downtown Doral development. As the primary listing agent for over a dozen remaining units, he gained valuable experience in selling and marketing properties to domestic and international buyers looking to invest in the Miami real estate market.
After graduating with a degree in marketing from Florida International University in 2017 and a certification in sales and customer relationship management, Jake expanded his focus from primarily condo hotels to all types of residential real estate. On the listing side, he uses tried and true methods while also leveraging new technology and social media to provide high-quality marketing and help maximize the sale of his client's home. As a buyer’s agent, Jake listens to his client’s needs to help them find exactly what they are looking for, while also working with a great network of lenders, attorneys, and closing agents to help make the transaction as seamless as possible.
