James Budzinski

Jim is a native of Buffalo, raised in Depew where he graduated from Depew High School in 1997. Having extensive living experience in Cheektowaga, East Aurora, and Elma, Jim is knowledgeable in many areas of Western New York. Jim is the proud parent of four children, three of whom are in the Iroquois School District. Being a former college athlete, Jim has lived and played everywhere from Western New York to Central New York and even the Adirondacks. This life experience has allowed Jim to fully understand the extreme stress that moving can cause an individual or family. This is why Jim is dedicated to helping you make a smooth transition whether buying or selling.
