James' education started in the Las Virgenes School District before advancing to California State University Northridge and then becoming a Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. James has been actively involved in Land Development including multi-unit buildings in the San Fernando Valley, and Single-Family homes with over $300 Million in Sales.
