James Jackson is as a professional realtor that delivers top-notch world class service! His knowledge of the housing market and the local area was extremely valuable to me. As a first time home buyer and single mom I had no idea what to expect. He looked out for me and took care of me. From the first day we started house hunting he delivered on everything he promised. He worked with Steven Benitez and both were excellent to work with. James was never pushy, and always on time for our appointments, that was very important to me. After the seller accepted our offer, James kept me informed about the time line of what I needed to do and handled everything for me up to and including the actual settlement. If I could I would give him 6 stars, out of 5 stars. : ) Call him if you need a good real estate agent. He is friendly and easy to talk to. I have recommended him to all my friends.

We didn’t have a realtor so we looked at a number of realtors in the area until we read the reviews of the people who had worked with James. It was obvious to me that he cares about his clients. Once we talked I knew that he was an agent I could trust. James worked hard to find us a house that we felt comfortable with. During the entire process he made us feel that our satisfaction was his number one priority. He returned calls promptly showed up on time and answered all of our questions. He tirelessly made himself available during the entire search and ensured that my stress level was at an ultimate low. I was highly surprised the way James went beyond and above the call of duty. He demonstrated loyalty and commitment. He showed that it was not about the commission, but about customer satisfaction. My experience with real estate agents has not been all that great, but James definitely changed my view and made a horrible past experience into a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend James Jackson for anyone needing to buy or sell a home. James was recommended to me by a former co-worker during the summer of 2017. When I met James I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He took me to two homes in my neighborhood that were on the market so that I could see the competition and have an idea of what I might do to increase the market value of my home. He answered my many questions, and was reassuring whenever I started to express anxiety about the process. James also was always available and prompt when I needed to reach out for whatever reason. We had a two day open house (Sat/Sun), and on the following Monday I had 2 offers, so I was able to get above asking price for my home! Several of my neighbors who had come by during the open house told me how impressed they were with James, and 2 of them took his number. James also walked me through the entire selling process, making it extremely easy. His sense of humor and easy-going manner made me feel comfortable during the entire process! As an Air Force Officer I am relocated every 3 to 4 years, so I'm no stranger to moving and looking for a new place to live.
