I’m Jim Stevenson, a Pennsylvania based Realtor with Real Broker, specializing in helping buyers, sellers, and relocating families navigate the Philadelphia suburbs with clarity and confidence.

I live in Chalfont with my wife and our three kids and work with clients throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties. I am also a Central Bucks School District alum, which gives me a firsthand perspective on the area’s schools and communities. I grew up in a family of custom home builders, which gave me hands on exposure to residential construction at an early age. That background helps my clients look beyond finishes and staging and better understand how a home is built, how it may age, and where long term value or potential issues may exist.

Being both a local resident and an active agent in these markets allows me to give practical, on the ground guidance around schools, property taxes, housing inventory, commute patterns, and long term resale value, not just what looks good online.

I primarily work with buyers who are looking to move up, families relocating from out of state, and sellers who want thoughtful pricing, strong positioning, and clear communication throughout the process. My approach is straightforward and data driven, with a focus on helping clients understand why a specific home or town makes sense for their situation so they can make confident decisions without pressure.

In addition to working directly with clients, I run a YouTube channel focused on living in the Philadelphia suburbs. The channel is designed to educate and inform and covers topics such as relocation guidance, cost of living, property taxes, school districts, and real world buying and selling strategies. Many clients discover me through these videos after spending time researching the area before reaching out.
